About 12 years ago Blake and I ventured into the buildign industry. My role as a director is dealing direct with the clients throughout the whole building process from all colours and selections, through to variations and the handover stage. As the Client Liaison Officer of LanCon Qld and is an integral partof the business. Mel is primarily responsible for managing selections, LanCon’s finances, includingbut not limited to financial planning, increasing profitability and expanding the business. I am also director of Elevate Design Studio which is a sister company to LanCon and is run by the building designer Steven Forrest.While LanCon is a huge component of our life, I have two beautiful school aged boys, who areloved and adored. Life is never the same or boring!
