Leading the street works compliance team, and working with the performance analyst and street works manager.Ensuring compliance of street works legislation, both within the office, and more so with the partners with whom we work and are associated with.Working with the new manager and performance team leader to look at processes and any other issues which may occur and addressing these moving forward.

This was the original parent company of H2O Networks, until it was bought out by Cityfibre Holdings Ltd.

Setting up and implementing all processes within the organisation in relation to NRSWA administration when he company was accredited.Ensuring compliance with the processes and legislation within the business, and within the sub contractors working on behalf of the business. This went from implementing daily whereabouts to investigating damage claims, and identifying liability and managing contra charges.Leading a small team of streetworks administrators, whilst working with quality, projects, and the sales team to ensure the best use of the information available to us in terms of streetworks restrictions and legislations.I was also responsible for writing the ISO process in relation to the NRSWA section of the operations team. Alongside this I was trained as an auditor and involved in doing audits within the business to ensure compliance before the external auditors visited, writing reports and identifying opportunites for improvement and non compliance.I worked closely with the HA's in relation to major fibre to the home city projects, and was involved in implementing best practice to manage those from a streetworks point of view and keeping the HA informed working on programmes etc. I managed all invoice validation for all street works invoices and miscellanious such as damage claims.I also managed the account we had set up with Symology which I wrote the business case for and had implemented within the business.

Managing the office and elements of the contract to help deliver the Virginmedia work we were contracted to carry out.Working with planners and the project management teams to deliver large scale projects, and day to day business and residential works.
