I started my career as a statistician, constructing and supervising the construction of predictive models for companies across all industry verticals for both business-to-consumer and business-to-business-driven strategies. I quickly grew into leadership positions, where I developed a passion for building high-performing teams focused on driving business performance through analytically driven programs and strategically leveraging data assets. Throughout my career, I have built and developed World-Class Analytics Teams and created leading-edge innovations leading to the adoption of advanced analytic and machine learning capabilities and becoming a trusted source of fact-based information that is leveraged across the organization. Outside of work, I am a mother, mentor, advisory board member, and volunteer. I sit on my alma matter's Business Analytics advisory board and often speak at local universities to students about trends, use cases, and opportunities in Analytics. Mentoring & Sponsoring young professionals and our future leaders through my academic and professional affiliations really fills my cup.
