I have supported numerous RFP, RFI, and Sources Sought responses spanning multiple agencies within HHS, the Department of Education (ED), the Veterans Administration (VA), and the Department of Defense (DoD). Leveraging my experience with continuous quality and process improvement, I have additionally supported supported SoftDev in its successful CMMI-DEV ML3 reappraisal, training program, and business development process refinement and maturation. In my time with SoftDev, we were one of 53 initial small businesses and 4 HUBZone small businesses awarded a prime contract on the CMS Strategic Partnership Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC), a $25B ceiling IDIQ.
