Sales Lead
Current• Responsible for properly opening the store prior to customers entry (opening registers, read emails, print out daily paperwork, POS promotional and marketing changes, updating and moving products and signs, cash wrap organization, etc).• Responsible for driving store performance as Floor Leader by being constantly aware of all customers and associates.• Responsible for tracking KPI by performing hourly reads and documenting the data on the Daily Numbers sheet.• Successfully operate register system (CHARM System) for all transactions.• Maintain a current knowledge of all products and services.• Serve customers with knowledgeable, friendly support at every stage of shopping, fitting, and purchasing.• Successfully process all customer transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, price adjustments, gift receipts, online purchases, etc).• Responsible for daily and prompt Dayforce entries and ensuring all corrections are entered prior to payroll is submitted.• Ability to override certain customer transactions.• Assist in training sales associates on proper procedures and daily functions and responsibilities. • Responsible for inventory management and SSO (Locate and BOPIS System, Markdowns, Shipment, Replenishment, Transfers, Damages and Inventory Adjustments, Backroom Organization).• Responsible for Safety and Emergency Procedures and preparedness.• Responsible for reaching out to Store Support for any technology issues, store repairs, system passwords, customer concerns.• Responsible for performing calling campaigns for customers not on email via Customer Connect.• Responsible for properly closing the store for the evening which includes store organization for the next day of business, reporting a missed carrier pickup, close registers completing deposit documentation of cash overage, if needed.• Perform loss prevention procedures prior to exiting the building for the evening.
