Depended on to control the complete inventory of the Western Regions tele-communications equipment. Completed semi-annual counts and was responsible for auditing all Western region employees’ truck and personal inventories. Completed all scheduling installations, site walks and final walks for the Regional Director and Project Manager for our location. Responsible for transferring all 8,000+ individual parts over to a new intranet system while maintaining company-wide counts within both systems during the conversion. Assisted in completing training procedures for installation tasks, scheduling calls, inventory processes and some HR processes for all employees in the company.

Responsible for supporting the Project Manager during the entire project cycle. Support and service the relationships with commercial wireless service providers. Assist in developing cost-effective solutions for all projects while defining budgets, tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and goals. Depended on to schedule technicians and sub-contractors for jobs as they come available. Prepares quotations for vendors then analyzing cost to develop final POs for materials and equipment.

Actively maintained all the branches operational functions including monthly certifications, security and cash audits, balancing deposits and new account opening. Hire and train staff on all operations in branch along with establishing sales and personal goals. Work and coach staff members to become efficient in all areas of their job. Worked as a part of a 4-person team to develop the banks Red Flags Risk Assessment program for identity theft.

Completed outside business calls within my area, seeking out new clients along with checking up on existing clients’ needs. Participated in Chamber events to network the branch/business while also networking with top clients at charitable golf events, dinners, and luncheons. Responsible for annual and quarterly reviews with staff and helping tellers work towards promotions. Depended on to achieve all sales goals while also assisting fellow co-workers achieve their goals in deposit accounts, lending, and any other services available by the bank. Trained new and existing employees on various day to day responsibilities throughout the bank including running a cash drawer, opening accounts, loan sales and signoffs, and adhering to bank regulations by consistently following bank procedure.
