To provide leadership to, and management of Oceania Area Office Sales Support personnel and processes to ensure exceptional customer service and delivery across all import / export activities. It is customer facing and demands the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Manage strategies and performance targets for the regional Sales Support team, initiate/sponsor proactive and/or corrective actions in order to achieve business objectives whilst executing services for and on behalf of our customers. Also, responsible for Customer Experience in the region over all products. Support and guided by Global CEX, strategic vision for groups’ customers engagement and interregional best practices. Drive regional initiatives related to Digitization and regional coordination, best practice and future development of: Contract fulfillment, sales support, in-house Sales, documentation, invoicing, issue resolution, prioritization, conflict management and customer communication.
