As a software engineer with a BS in Computer Science from Florida International University, I am passionate about creating innovative software engineering solutions that have a positive impact on society. I have extensive experience in data migration, web development, and customer service automation, as demonstrated by my internships at Florida Power & Light Company and codeart. At FPL, I successfully migrated the billing service and customer data from the on-premise server to Amazon Web Services using Python, and reconciled the data to validate the transfer accuracy. I also developed an interactive bulletin board to increase employee engagement using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. At codeart, I educated a 30+ girl middle school class on HTML and CSS with the creative possibilities of computer programming using Scratch. I have strong analytical, problem-solving, and software implementation skills, as well as a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from FPL. I am always eager to learn new technologies and tools, and to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. My goal is to apply my skills and knowledge to design, develop, and deliver software solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the users and the clients.
