As the Marketing Manager at TSB, I spearheaded marketing initiatives for the banks everyday banking products, including transactional accounts and credit cards, as well as the sponsorship portfolio. My role involved leading end-to-end campaign activity across TSB’s distribution channels and external media, while developing and executing comprehensive campaign and communication strategies. I collaborated closely with the brand team, external agencies, and key stakeholders to meet defined brand and communication objectives. My role required strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the financial services industry, and a commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork.

As a Marketing Manager for TSB Bank, my primary focus is on developing and implementing effective campaign and communication strategies for the bank's various distribution channels, with a particular emphasis on supporting our branches. A key element of my role is ensuring that the TSB brand is consistently and effectively represented across all channels, and that our customers enjoy a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Lumino the Dentists is the largest dental group in NZ, with over 100 practices nationwide. Reporting to the Head of Marketing I was responsible for all local area marketing; providing market insights, campaign development, budget management, ROI tracking and regular reporting to ensure that activity was effective in building a powerful presence and profile.I was responsible for brand strategy, project management of campaigns & execution across all formats. This was both a strategic and hands on role. A highlight was championing digital & data adoption & innovation amongst our practices.

As the sole Marketing Executive for the SKY’s Rialto Channel brand my role was to develop and implement the strategic marketing plan across all elements of the marketing mix, particularly delivering both acquisition and retention campaigns to increase sales and reduce churn while strengthening the Rialto brand awareness and consumer perception.
