- Manage the full-cycle Account Manager recruiting process from specification through offer and on- boarding - Identify sources for potential candidates by networking with professional organizations, colleges/universities, diversity sources and other networks. - Develop and manage relationships with Partner University’s faculty, staff and student organizations. - Administer all on campus recruitment; prepare appropriate strategies for all campus events and interview processes. - Coordinate and maintain relationships with department heads, alumni and staff and provide interface with all candidates. - Maintain knowledge on all market attributes and assist departments to prepare long term recruitment strategies.- Collaborate with recruiting teams and provide support to all recruitment activities and ensure best practices. - Presentational Speaking- Represent the company at job fairs and college recruitment events in a positive and professional manner - Partner with HR Partners, client groups, and leaders to gain a detailed understanding of organizational goals and needs. - Work with hiring managers to understand business unit needs related to programs. - Leverage knowledge of HR systems to create program metrics and monitor effectiveness of all programs
