With over 25 years of experience in sales, operational finance, and quality management, I am a seasoned leader who is passionate about building great teams and delivering successful projects. As a co-founder of Canada Distillers and Brewers, I applied my skills in process improvement, customer relationship management, and new business development to launch and grow a new venture in the beverage industry.Prior to that, I held various senior roles at BGIS, a global leader in real estate and facility management services, where I led the transformation, transitions, and enterprise project teams, as well as the quality management system. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Prosci Change Manager practitioner, I have the ability to investigate and solve critical business problems, manage risk and escalations, and align the operational and strategic goals of the organization.
