The Check-In is a Mental Health Organization that has various services geared towards providing help for the community. We offer Counseling, Life Coaching, Resources for Psychiatric help, Accountability, and support groups that are due to start January 2023. We believe in servicing the Mental needs of our community by approaching things from a Spiritual and Practical Approach. We also provide services from ages 5-65.My goal as your Life Coach is to help you achieve your goals by providing guidance and support in various areas, including goal-setting for future plans.
