I do this by making sure that our new products exceed all your needs, are unbelievably reliable, and delight you when it matters. Cars are complex beasts though, and regrettably, things occasionally go wrong. Where my team is different to other car makers, is our Australian based technical expertise, leveraged by other GM entities around the world. We can help our dealers resolve some of the most challenging technical problems, quickly and with a minimum of fuss.I'm a Six Sigma Master Black Belt with extensive engineering capability, but implementation of commercial change is my passion, and leading strategic projects at the top and bottom of the P&L has taught me the value of connecting our work to customer outcomes.I believe that diverse teams of all shapes and sizes challenge us to think differently, and develop more innovative solutions.
