I’m an experienced hardworking, determined coach and manager, focused on developing myself and others. With 11+ years working in a multitude of positions throughout the retail and the cosmetics industry, I’ve developed a passion for the “behind the scenes” aspects of the industry, along with my excitement for sales. I thrive in developing and training others and helping them to create their own unique, branded experiences within their roles. I am seasoned in operations management, with a special place in my heart for visual merchandising. I’m hoping to share my knowledge and passion of the customer service industry with others, while continuing to grow and develop into more roles and expand my horizons.
