Managing the finance, accounting, administration, payroll and taxes for the 6 countries (France, Belgium, Netherlands, Portugal, Italy and Russia). Responsible for compliance with all governments and local requirements, as well as SOX policy and adequate review of internal financial and business controls, in order to safeguard company assets and reliability of accounting data. Maintains senior management up to date with economic, tax and political situation of each of the responsible countries to minimize company financial exposure. Coordinate with business partners in the region to provide support to operations, tax, treasury, and legal in headquarters. Providing leadership oversight and training related to daily tasks performed in my region, including forecast and budgeting for activities of the department/region level.
