Senior management position with responsibilities for planning, directing and coordinating the administrative operations of the facility. Functions focus on coordinating and promoting quality of services, ensuring and improving the performance and efficiency of operations, team communication, and staffing issues for the staff - working to maintain a highly productive, efficient and quality driven environment at all times through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

Responsible for administrative and personnel matters for the clinical staff and clinical support staff. A key function of my role was partnering as a liaison with multiple departments and personnel to ensure project development, completion and successful implementation.

Partnered with the Physical Department Clinical Director to manage the department consisting of physical therapists, occupational therapists, exercise technicians and clinical support staff. Responsible for organizing, planning, directing and evaluating the activities of the physical department staff.
