Offer counselling to individual, couples, families and the community.

•Counsel women when in crisis situations (escape plan, security plan, plan to preserve emotional stability)•Facilitate communication with female victims of psychological, verbal, sexual and physical abuse•Guide female victims of conjugal violence to apply for Ontario Works, Legal Aid, Ontario Housing, Community start up, etc.

•Facilitate social integration of adolescents in various life challenges to prepare them for a maximum level of independence•Organize schedule of activities, prepare balanced diet menus, balance expense account, prepare monthly reports•Organize and supervise a team of five caregivers

•Help and stimulate children and adolescents in good behaviour to ensure better integration into society•Animate activities and workshops for groups of children and adolescents with difficulties•Direct children and adolescents in making the right decisions about friends, behaviour and a better life style

•Facilitate integration for mentally challenged adults•Guide mentally challenged adults for better autonomy•Help and supervise mentally challenged adults in daily tasks
