Inquisitive. Since I can remember, inquisitive has been one of the words used most often to describe me. I remember spending hours curiously taking apart and reassembling my family’s electronics in the hopes of figuring out the inner mechanics of how they worked. To my mother’s dismay, I was not always successful, but truth be told, I learned more from the failures than I did from the successes. Now, as the Operations Manager in a busy healthcare practice, I can indulge my curiosities in creating and applying solutions to a wide array of business problems. Solving problems, dissecting processes and creating innovative and efficient solutions are my bread and butter. I bring structure and help create Standard Operating Procedures and Protocols aimed at maximizing business efficiencies and capacity. My interests go beyond one set role or job description, and my goal is to connect with other like-minded professionals in order to share experiences and knowledge as I continue to learn and grow in my career path.
