Demonstrating strategic leadership driving the decisions in respect to Insurance Personal lines (IPL) Product strategy, transition planning, and many details of the IPL products and how they will be delivered to customers through our partner and broker channels from new technology. Working closely with key Executive General Managers (EGM) and Executive Managers (EM) across the Insurance Intermediated Australia (IIA) business and including colleagues in Tech & Ops, Direct Insurance and New Zealand to facilitate consistency and efficiency across the Group while enabling IIA’s ability to grow profitably and meet the needs of our customers.

Adding value by understanding the cumulative impact of decision making on the chosen segments within the portfolio. Accountable for establishing and achieving business plans, underwriting strategy, defining strategic and tactical pricing, reviewing and building new products and platforms for each segment. Ensuring the portfolio is achieving growth, profit and retention targets.
