Responsible for successful execution of projects - ensuring Client requirements are met and projects are completed on time and within budget. This has included projects executed in Bredero Shaw's Custom Coating facility based in Ellon (Aberdeenshire, Scotland) and also projects executed at international Client Fabrication Facilities in locations such as Canada, Malaysia, USA, Finland. Responsibilities include:- Client interface throughout project- Effective communication of requirements to internal departments- Raw materials planning and procurement- Planning and scheduling- Management of project documents- Ensuring contractual obligations are met, and management of change orders- Progress reporting- Management of subcontractors- Developing and maintaining close relationships with suppliers- Revenue recognition- Preparation of invoice schedules- Input to overall divisional monthly reporting and financial forecasting

Responsible for receipt and review of enquiries and invitations to tender, assessment of scope of work, liaising with internal departments to obtain relevant information, preparation of estimating spreadsheets to include all applicable costings and submission of quotations/tenders.

Responsible for all procurement and sales activities including management of suppliers and subcontractors in order to meet or exceed defined sales targets.

Responsibilities included:- Management of Quality System including achievement of the company's upgrade of external accreditation from ISO 9002:1994 to ISO 9001:2000.- Maintenance of confidential employee records and processing of salary payments including preparation and submission of end-of-year tax information.- Management and administration of the company pension scheme.
