• Direct report to the VP for Enrollment Management & Student Success, with a focus on strategic planning and development of technologies, business processes, and procedures in support of the university's mission as it relates to enrollment and student success. • Serves as the Recruiting and Admissions Workstream lead in the Workday Student SIS implementation.• Responsible for supporting and maintaining technology solutions, data analytics, and process enhancements for all areas within Enrollment Management and Student Success (EMSS) with a focus on student success operations. • Supervises a team of staff responsible for data analytics, technical support/implementation, university registrar, admissions processing, document imaging, and university testing and evaluation. • Provides strategic direction for enrollment management on implementation, continued development, and maintenance of systems, technologies, and platforms that allow for the successful recruitment and retention of students throughout the enrollment life cycle, with a focus on student success. • Responsible for planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and management of data-related needs for EMSS.• Process enhancement leader who coordinates with leadership in EMSS units to prioritize efficiencies and assess standing processes to identify and remove institutional barriers to student success.• Serves as the EMSS representative for University Data Governance work groups. Primary liaison to the University Information Services as well as the chief security officer for EMSS. Maintains a close working relationship with the Office of Institutional Research, engaging in projects both across the university that intersect with recruitment, retention, and graduation.

• Manages the Information Technology and Data Services department as well as the Operations division within Enrollment Management.• Acts as primary liaison between Enrollment Management departments and University Information Services (UIS), as well as facilitates collaboration between other administrative and student service departments on campus. • Leads a team of IT and Operations professionals with the primary focus of supporting all of the Enrollment Management systems, as well as the increased need for recruitment and retention data. • Direct report to the VP for Enrollment Management & Student Success, with a focus on strategic planning and development of technologies, business processes, and procedures in support of the Universities mission as it relates to enrollment and student success. • Serves as an Enrollment Management lead on the following councils: Department IT Subcommittee, IT Governance Council, SIS Academic Policy Committee, and the Strategic Enrollment Mgt. Data Council Subcommittee. • Serves as the Recruiting and Admissions Workstream lead in the Workday Student SIS implementation. • Planned and implemented test optional policies, self-service features, and improved virtual experiences to better serve incoming students during COVID-19.• Served as a project lead for replacing the Nolij Document Imaging System with Hyland OnBase.

• Act as liaison between Finance and Administrative Services division and Information Technology Services (ITS) department• Assisted in the development, training and maintenance of the web-enabled HR Additional Compensation, Procurement, Procurement Card, and APS Miscellaneous Payment systems• Led a project and was responsible for defining, developing and implementing a web-enabled Human Resource system: Employee Data relating to HR and Payroll along with employee forms processing• Generate administrative reports using SAS and SQL programming
