Responsible for the growth and development of the conventional brand of Edgewood Management Corporation known as Vantage Management Incorporated. In partnership with executive leadership, responsible for identifying potential clients and effectively marketing our services to those clients in an effort to grow the portfolio. Additionally, responsible for providing direction and supervision for the overall operations of the entire Vantage portfolio consisting of 11 conventional properties in the DC metro area, with specific emphasis on customer service and financial performance. Directly accountable for business results of 5 communities, including 2 lease up communities, while providing oversight to the regional team responsible for remaining Vantage portfolio.
