Created, developed and lead the Change Management function for the RM Group's first cross functional Parcels Transformation Programme and associated projects, assuring readiness of users across multiple business areas and locations whilst driving acceptance and adoption. Designed and mobilised the holistic business change approach for the delivery of this business critical, multi million pound business transformation programme. and managed the complex change network enabling change to be delivered right first time.

Providing assurance of cross functional business readiness for all commercial projects; enabling the timely management of the impact of change through the creation and co-ordination of a fully integrated ‘Go to Market’ plan
