- Overall project coordination of implementing a new e-learning course- Managing the implementation of the expansion of the e-learning platform- Handling the company's advertisement processes

- Proactive sales of on-line learning solutions (online classrooms and e-learning platforms).- Managing customer-specific e-learning projects in cooperation with the IT department.- Overall co-ordination of the Dental Campus E-learning platform.

This role is a combination of sales, key account and procurement manager:- Proactively identifies and pursues existing and new business opportunities- Continued development of current and potential customer relationships- Prepare sales proposals and appropriate internal business case profitability forecasts.- Negotiation of sales proposals and development of contracts, coordinating with internal stakeholders (instructors, planning, invoicing, quality and head of operation) and customer to finalize training scheduled.- Being the focal point for the Customer from ordering to invoicing, ensuring that an outstanding - Purchase training services from requesting quotations until verifying invoices.

Leading a project team to standardise Import & Export responsibilities with our suppliers.Optimising processes in the supply chain in order to increase Customer satisfaction whilst reducing costs at the same time.

My responsibilities included to assess supplier quotes for repair services and to lead the contract & price negotiations taking into consideration technical aspects. I was also tasked to manage a portfolio of existing supplier contracts ensuring that the contracts were applied correctly and amended when needed.

Tasks included:- Defining, implementing and applying a company wide supplier performance Management System considering qualitative and quantitative measurements-Implementing an electronic data interchange (EDI) with our suppliers and forwards in order to receive performance data to assess our supplier base- leading a team of mechanics to support us in procurement activities such as closing Long outstanding repair orders

My responsibilities comprised the following:-Successfully improved the after sales service of our suppliers towards our Airline Customers- Finding solutions to in-Service issues between our Customers and our Equipment suppliers- Responsible for executing a supplier ranking based on Customer feedbacks and supplier performance data. Presenting the results to suppliers' leadership team- Represented Customer Services' interests in the selection of new equipment suppliers for aircraft production
