Responsible for all the Front Desk operations, including but not limited to the daily management of guest accounts and records, dealing with guest requests and inquiries, up selling room types where appropriate & settling guest accounts, in a timely and efficient manner. Furthermore managing the Airline Crew arrivals into the hotel organizing allowances and coordinating with housekeeping and allocating ready rooms for their arrival. Furthermore my role includes being responsible for the training and development of the team, driving them to achieve maximum guest feedback scores and increasing revenue potential. Consequently, ensuring that all staff within the department are adequately trained and adhering to company policy and brand standard. Also being responsible for managing and motivating the team, ensuring that the front office team demonstrates the highest standards of guest care and welcome on front desk, handling guest complaints and ensure they are met and provided with excellent services.
