Current- Assisting with the recruitment and development of associates including leading performance reviews and ensuring all associates complete the appropriate training modules necessary for the job
- Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
- Managing stores accounts payables and receivables
- Entering employee hours and shift differentials in payroll
- Assisting with the completion of an annual budget; this includes forecasting revenue and expenditures, accurately tracking budget numbers with particular attention to achieving operational benchmarks
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are implemented
