I’m a writer and editor with over a decade of experience on the digital side of magazine media. Currently, I’m the senior digital editor at House Beautiful, where I ideate, edit, optimize SEO, news, features, and commerce stories from in-house and freelance writers. Previously, I was the senior service editor at Best Products, where I wrote and reported pieces pertaining to the etiquette, dilemmas, and how-tos of gift-giving for all occasions, and before that, I was the site's senior home editor, covering all things decor- and bedding-related since 2015. Apart from my pitching, writing, and editing responsibilities, I also conducted numerous product tests, evaluating everything from blankets to blenders to pillows to pens. I also helped oversee single-product reviews for the site and coordinated the approval and assignment of these pieces to other writers. Prior to my shift into editorial work, I led Hearst Digital Media’s email marketing program and launched list-growing campaigns across all of their digital brands. But on the sly, I was also a contributing writer for Bustle, Redbook, and Woman’s Day.In December 2019, I earned a certificate in copyediting through UC San Diego Extension. This yearlong endeavor was a meaningful personal pursuit that solidified my passion for editing, research, semantics, and etymology.
