Melanie Albert, Plant-Based Farm-to-Table Food Art Leader, cookbook author, and speaker, is Founder and CEO of Experience Nutrition Group, LLC, in Phoenix, Arizona, creator of the Plant-Based Food Art Movement, and award-winning author of “A New View of Healthy Eating: Simple Intuitive Cooking with Real Whole Foods.”Melanie's work is regularly featured in "Natural Awakenings Arizona" and "The List" tv show, where she shares her passion for plant-based farm-to-table cooking. She is a member of the Association of Food Journalists (AFJ) and her work won 3rd place in the "best food photo" category of the AFJ 2019 National Awards Competition.Melanie has been a leader in wellness, nutrition, and whole foods culinary for over 15 years. Through hundreds of cooking classes, events, corporate wellness, media events, team building programs, and retreats Melanie has guided thousands of people - former NFL players, holistic practitioners, business professionals, employees, and kids - how to cook simple meals with real whole plant-based food grown by local Arizona farmers for 10 years. Following a successful marketing career with Fortune 500 companies, Melanie worked in marketing and licensing with Andrew Weil, MD/Weil Lifestyle for 9 years, obtained credentials in integrative nutrition with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City in 2007, and has been a leader in educating former NFL players, holistic practitioners, organizations, and kids for a decade. She has taught whole foods cooking at private college Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. Experience Nutrition was an Official Health & Wellness Partner of the NFL Alumni Association in 2001.
