Over this time, I have discovered a passion for how services operate and finding ways to support delivery which is both effective and efficient. I have also discovered my strongest values relate to employment, skills development through good work and creating opportunities for work experience. As an SME, we capitalise on being able to work quickly and effectively, bringing much needed capacity and support to our stakeholders. As a team, we also dedicate significant time to pro-bono work supporting community partners, such as event and comms support, allowing us to bring some creativity and colour into our work.
