I lead Digital strategy, Sales Origination, and delivery for our online, mobile, and frontline channels. My teams will identify, prioritize, and implement strategies to increase digital sales, drive revenue growth, and enhance both client and employee experience.

I lead sales origination platform strategy & delivery for CIBC client and employee facing applications for both personal and business banking. I am accountable for leading two large scale digital transformations while enabling sales capabilities for over 10,000 employees and millions of clients. We are building these world class experiences on nCino, Salesforce, and Pega.

I was hand-picked to lead Suncor's digital transformation. I manage a multi-million dollar budget, seven Product Management teams, and a portfolio of over 30 digital products. I am accountable for the entire product lifecycle of all digital systems supporting the Petro-Canada brand. In the last year, my team delivered the new EV (electric vehicle) App to support Canada’s Electric Highway, delivered a new Microsoft D365 CRM and set-up a multi-year multi-stage Associate ERP replacement project while maintaining and delivering enhancements to an existing Retail app, our PC web (supporting our new CareMaker Petro-Canada foundation), our loyalty systems, and our Commercial and Consumer payment systems.I designed and implemented a new Product Management organization to be more agile: lowering development costs, driving higher efficiencies, and delivering value faster to the end customer.This also involved developing and being accountable to implement all digital product roadmaps (consumer digital, payment systems, loyalty systems, retail pricing, associate products, CRM systems).I also significantly increased stakeholder engagement and alignment. Improved psychological safety within the digital organization and drove an agile mindset of embracing feedback - testing & learning to iteratively improve products.

In this role I had P&L accountability for Eastern Canada’s company-controlled operations.I coached, motivated and empowered Area District Managers (managing the arm’s length relationship of 3000+ independent small Business Owners & store staff) resulting in consistently being top ranked for category sales growth. Under my leadership, this network of talented small business owners saw some of the highest levels of engagement and profitability.I led the 2019 Annual Sales Conference with over 400 associates in attendance with the purpose of engaging and aligning the network on our priorities and new initiatives.I also led Suncor’s 1st International Women’s day panel resulting in a turning point on how leadership advances the Inclusion & Diversity imperative.

Accountable for Eastern Canada B2B Commercial and Industrial sales. Repeatedly ranked top Sales Leader - B2B Sales by the executive team. Had a track record of leading teams to consistently win large National multi-location accounts in the Construction, Transportation/Waste Management, General Manufacturing & Mining industries (including two of Canada’s largest gold mines). Consistently had multiple winners in the Annual Global Sales Awards

Over and above full-time assignments, was hand-picked to lead a team of 10 individuals chosen to work on this transformation initiative. In less than 6 months, succeeded in mobilizing our entire Refining & Marketing (2000+ employees) population to be educated and engaged about Sustainability at Suncor. This paved the way for a more inclusive and unified culture post Suncor/Petro-Canada merger and instilled a common sense of responsibility on the Sustainability work that Suncor undertakes.

Led a marketing team to successfully develop proprietary dispensed product and strategy for all 800+ company-controlled retail convenience stores nationally.
