Evénementiel interne et externe: • Conception et coordination logistique de plusieurs événements SIG tels que des portes ouvertes, jubilés, conférences, stands... (thématique, lieux, animations, visuels, signalétique, catering, staff) • Gestion des budgets• Coordination et suivi avec des prestataires externes et agences • Rédaction de contenus sur différents supports de communication tels que Intranet, panneaux, flyers, affiches... Communication interne: • Conception de campagnes de communication à l'interne (campagnes visant à promouvoir divers outils mis à disposition pour les collaborateurs, campagne pour le Don du Sang...)• Plans de communication à 360°, prenant en compte l'ensemble des relais internes (Intranet, réseaux sociaux, magazine interne, événements, affichage)• Création de supports de communication Communication institutionnelle: • Participation à l'élaboration de magazines SIG (Vive la Vue, ,Vitale Mag, Signature)• Enrichissement du site Internet (www.sig-juinor.ch) avec plans de communication à 360° et suivi avec l'agence • Coordination et gestion de photoshooting

• Drafting press materials such as statements, Q&A, press releases etc.• Track, monitor and handle the media coverage of Infiniti (Brand, Corporate, and Product) by analyzing online/ printed clippings reports delivered by existing service providers and by researching online and with PR Managers directly.• Contribute to the creation/ filing/archive of internal/ external communication assets and material (presentations, audio, videos, printed materials).• Support the general organization of PR events, such as Geneva Motor Show, by updating communications calendar, by managing interview schedules, by welcoming media representatives.• Media Website : Current enhancements to the previous platform, follow-up with the agency in order to create a new platform according to media representatives needs.• Internal communications : Production of a weekly PR report newsletter, Internalannouncement sent on a daily basis. Organization of the Infiniti All Employee Meetings & Public Relations Workshops (every two months).

• Track, monitor and handle the media coverage of Infiniti (Brand, Corporate and Product) by analyzing online/printed clipping reports delivered by existing service providers and by researching online and with PR Managers directly.• Contribute to the creation/filing/archive of internal/external communication assets and material (presentations, audio/video/printed materials etc.).• Support the general organization of PR events, such as Geneva Motor show, by updating communications calendar, by managing interview schedules, by chaperoning executives, etc.• Internal Communication: Production of a weekly PR report newsletter. Support the organization of the Infiniti All Employee Meetings and Public Relations Workshops (every two months).• Support various PR tasks to be defined according to planned/unplanned needs, e.g. drafting press releases.• Support the enhancements of the current media site and ensure the good transition to the new media site and follow up with the new agency.

• Media monitoring : Reading and Summarizing Swiss press articles to be sent to United Nations Headquarters in New-York.• Organizing informations programmes for visiting groups of students by contacting speakers, arranging facilities for the programme to be held and guiding groups around the building when they arrive.• Attend bi-weekly press briefing where the Geneva-based spokespeople talk to the journalists based at the UNOG about priority topics for Geneva agencies.• Help with organizing CINé ONU events (writing press releases, summaries etc.)• Other activities : briefing for non-governmental organizations, creating socialmedia content, outreach to educational organizations.

• Recherche de sujets d'articles, proposition de thèmes, rédaction de textes pour le blog de TopEventBooker. • Prise de contact et démarchage de professionnels, suivi des contacts • Participation à la création d'une affiche• Animation des pages Facebook et Twitter de TopEventBooker avec recherche d'évènements sur la région genevoise, rédaction des posts et publication • Accueil et accompagnement des participants aux ateliers organisés par TopEventBooker. Rédaction des comptes-rendus des ateliers.
