I also hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Alaska Anchorage, which enhances my communication and analytical skills.Previously, I worked as a Call Center Supervisor at Northrim Bank, where I assisted customers in a high call volume setting, performed online account opening background check procedures, and helped train new employees.
