Crm Lead
CurrentResponsible for the implementation and ongoing management of a new CRM solution into ALG. Involved in advancement of related campaigns including the pursuit of strategic opportunities and other associated plans in support of the delivery of our Client Development strategy.• Key role in the solution and process design, planning, execution and delivery of the CRM solution.• Leverage ALG's Client Development strategy and make best practice recommendations to streamline processes within the CRM structure.• Act as the business lead for CRM adoption - creating a robust and practical plan to support.• Design and deliver value-added CRM related initiatives / enhancements.• Ensure sales and marketing data, systems and processes are GDPR compliant.• Establish measures and metrics for optimization, data quality and insights.• Work in close partnership with the ALG Marketing Team to design targeted marketing activities and developing commercial opportunities.• In conjunction with the other key areas, oversee the firms Client Data Strategy• Analysing and reporting on campaign effectiveness in terms of traffic, acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue and building firm wide dashboards in /for our business teams• Review and prioritise enhancement requests and serve as business lead for release management processes (including UAT/testing responsibility and to plan and execute releases)
