Led meetings with parents, instructors and students to review students' strengths and needs. Coordinated IEPs for the school including scheduling meetings and coaching teachers.Co-led the school Student Leadership program for 4 years which included weekly meetings to plan and lead school based events from fundraising to entertainment.Co-organized a provincial Student Leadership conference hosted by our school.
