The Facilities Manager leads facility management strategic planning, manages project implementations, and manages the Facilities Management team.

Manage day-to-day operations of a 108-unit, 20 story, high-rise luxury condominium project with a National Historic Register designation.Balance income and expenses on a $2M annual operating budget and a $1.9M reserve account.Prepare annual budget, participate in capital planning, provide monthly financial variance reports and manage delinquencies.Successfully passed three consecutive annual homeowners dues increases to ensure positive cash flows each year.Coordinate preventative maintenance, repair as needed and determine useful life of all building systems.Project management of large capital projects including, but not limited to, fall restraint system replacement ($280K), fountain repairs ($160K) and currently in negotiations with developer for a $3M remedy on deferred maintenance.
