In my role as Director of Corporate Communications at Agilyx, I led the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the corporate image of a global public company. I collaborated with senior leadership to establish and maintain an internal communications ecosystem, including monthly newsletters and town halls, fostering a robust organizational culture. I authored op-ed pieces for the CEO, resulting in publication by industry trades, enhancing the company's thought leadership. Additionally, I managed a digital marketing and graphic design team to direct website management and social content, ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms.

In my role as Marketing Manager at Pope Memorial Humane Society, I spearheaded the rebranding initiative, collaborating with a design agency to establish a new business identity. I also cultivated partnerships with local business owners, securing significant donations of goods and services for major events. Additionally, I increased annual #NHGives fundraising event donations from $2K to over $13K within a 24-hour period for two consecutive years through targeted social media and email marketing campaigns.

I managed a variety of non-mainstage events for a prominent arts festival, including an annual fundraiser and a well-received kite festival. My role involved developing innovative event strategies to engage the community and enhance the festival experience. Additionally, I handled logistical coordination, vendor relations, and volunteer team management to ensure seamless event operations.

I developed and executed internal communication strategies to engage diverse employee groups at Stonyfield Farm. By overseeing content creation and facilitating focus groups, I enhanced information flow and employee engagement, leading to a positive workplace culture.

In my role as a Social Media Community Builder at Stonyfield Farm, I worked closely with brand managers and legal teams to create and execute marketing campaigns across various social media platforms. By engaging with audiences through interactive posts, contests, and sweepstakes, I successfully fostered brand loyalty and increased brand awareness. Additionally, representing the brand at trade shows and conferences allowed me to recruit new brand ambassadors and advocate for product trial and promotion.

I worked in the circulation department assisting patrons with checking books in and out, assisting with account creation and updates, and answering general questions. I also served on the Social Media Committee.

Starting out as a part-time volunteer, I was hired on officially to the library staff in 2010 and became responsible for ordering, cataloging, and processing new items, shelving, running the circulation desk, managing the library's social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram, designing and updating the website, and being generally pleasant and helpful to patrons.

At Beyond Indigo I was responsible for our corporate social media across all platforms, as well as that of our social media clients. This included set up and management of Facebook pages, Twitter feeds, Google+ pages, and YouTube channels. In this role I was also responsible for leading webinars on topics relating to Social Media, creating whitepapers and one-sheets, and writing articles for publication in the MWI Messenger veterinary magazine.

In this position I served as the company's receptionist while also supporting the sales and marketing teams by performing content updates to the website, assembling and sending sales packets, copy-editing marketing collateral and press releases, and submitting press releases to the wire for publication.
