I am a versatile HR leader with global experience in start-up, family-run, SME and Fortune 500 enterprises in technology and media & entertainment. My career focus has always been in general management: first of products and now within human resources. In my studies and corporate positions alike, I have always concentrated on the "people aspect": my undergraduate studies included a concentration in Sociology, and my MBA focused on Strategic Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. In my HR leadership role, I am redefining how employees, leaders and HR business partners work together to optimise how we achieve our common goals.I am a senior people leader, a corporate entrepreneur and an experienced business developer. My leadership strengths include employee management and development, attracting and selecting talent, and operating in global environments. I possess the ability to translate business needs into tangible outputs and deliverables. I am bi-lingual in French and English, with C1 level of German. To round out my global experience, I completed my MBA in Asia obtaining a dual degree from INSEAD and Tsinghua, the so-called 'Harvard' of China. When I'm not thinking about how to make people happier and businesses better, I'm dreaming about skiing, hiking and exotic traveling.
