Responsible for the Portfolio Management (involvement in capital raising, setting the strategy & research, transactions, portfolio construction, strategic input, portfolio management, and client relationship management), for single and multiple country French Separate Account (SA) mandates, Joint Ventures and Club Deals (in total 5 French investors for approx. EUR 900 mln, 40% on retail, 35% on office assets), and a Pan-Euro mandate (EUR 350 mln equity up to EUR 1 bln) . Client SA representation in France.Part of the SA EMEA leadership team, and active role in transversal projects in the Global SA team.

Strategic definition and arrangement of external real estate financings across Europe, using both traditional lenders (banks) and alternative debt providers (debt funds, insurers, mezzanine lenders, bond holders, USPP…). Monitoring of consolidated debt of CBRE Global Investors EMEA (over EUR 6 bln of loans, in 16 countries, 6 currencies, 130 facilities, for 25 clients, with 40+ Financial institutions). Responsible for assembling a strong European Debt management team , and management of a team of 3 people for four years.

Sourcing, structuring and closing of external debt with banks for acquisitions (principally France, Spain, Italy, and Germany), including Sharia compliant financing for a Separate Account client, and implementation of a Pan-European credit line for an open-ended core fund. Assembling and managing the European Debt department, comprising 3 people.

Identification of investment opportunities & sourcing on behalf of varied clients (domestic French funds, Pan-European funds and separate accounts), analysis, presentation to investment committee, executing transaction including structuring and co-ordination of all due diligence (real estate, technical, legal and tax), commercial negotiations with vendors (land/ properties including portfolio acquisitions and share deals) and completion of purchase contracts. On-going assistance to the asset management department for Continental Europe.

Developing and analysing business plans for property shareholdings (establishing value of companies and modelling of forecasts), financial analysis of European listed real estate companies for the setting up of an Investment Fund and performance monitoring of investments.
