My role as captain is to motivate and guide our women's crew to racing excellence. We achieve this through the ongoing commitment we make to ourselves and each other to turn up with the intention to be our best selves at training and in competition.During 2020 lockdown I conducted triweekly online training sessions to support the physical and mental health.

My treatments involve a range of techniques specific to each individuals needs. These include remedial massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage and trigger point therapy.

I worked with people to help develop their confidence with physical training and nutrition. My role involved developing and delivering training programs, teaching group exercise classes and providing individual nutrition plans for my clients.Specifically, I worked with a client to help him lose over 10kg in a matter of months. • Manage the day to day running of the office and being the “go to” person for office troubleshooting. Allowing the directors to focus on driving sales revenue and other business growth activities.
• Establish and implement standard operating procedures for all administration roles. This streamlined the onboarding process for new staff members.
• Ensuring the accuracy of pricing agreements, supplier orders and customer invoices prior to dispatch. Effectively reducing staff time spent on resolving discrepancies.
• Manage customer and supplier pricing contracts by ensuring all prices are signed off and agreed to. Therefore, mitigating any potential future disputes or negative effects on profit margins.
• Manage import product orders and warehouse inventory to ensure continuity of supply for our customers.
• Accurately enter and approve supplier invoices in MYOB. Thus, securing net profits by ensuring the appropriate payment amounts are made.
