With over 10 years of experience in instructional design, I have a passion for creating engaging and effective courses using various eLearning authoring and visual design tools.In my current role, I also redesigned a clinical training curriculum using SharePoint, which contributed to a cost savings of over $115,000 per training class and a 10% increase in retention. In my previous role at the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing, I was selected as an Apple Distinguished Educator and an eLearning Champion, recognized for my use and integration of technology in the classroom. I hold a Master of Science in Health Education and Promotion and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, both from the University of Cincinnati.
