I take a less-is-more, intentional, no-nonsense approach to recruiting. I believe that equity and inclusion in recruiting often means removing barriers for candidates instead of adding them. The folks I work with are doing amazing things and that makes it a privilege to provide genuine, authentic candidate experiences that reflect the values, culture, and healthy norms of the organizations that I partner with. I'm basically an internal recruiter but only when you need one here and there, and at some point I'll embed some strange GIFs in an email or ask you lots of questions about your dog.
