I started my career as a business consultant in 2008 with a home furnishings company in NW Indiana where I learned about home accessories and furnishings. While there, I also trained and educated franchisees and staff. I eventually moved to Chicago, IL, began consulting for a small digital strategy firm, got married, and had my first child in 2016.Upon moving back to NW Indiana in 2019, we built our first home. Throughout this year-long process, I remained very involved in managing the project, sourcing, selection, and procurement. Shortly after, I began assisting with renovating homes for resale, mainly focusing on project management, sourcing, selection, and procurement for the projects. In addition to working with my interior design clients (where my passion lies), I also have enjoyed assisting local entrepreneurs by offering ideas and best practices to organize and streamline their business profiles.My background has provided me with a wide range of experience in business, custom home interior and exterior design, interior and exterior decorating, staging, home construction and sub-contractor management, website strategy and requirements, user experience testing, social media marketing and design, interviewing and hiring, customer service, training, coaching, and project management.
