Provided accounting services in the Rent Department for landlords and property management companies to pay rent, insurance, utility, and tax bills and reconcile the year end expenses. Analyzed a monthly Rent Review and Payment file to ensure accuracy of payments. Also, provided accounting services for DaVita's nonprofits; Bridge of Life, The Aspen Group, and DaVita Village Network.
