Melanie works as a Fund Actuary on a number of large Local Government pension funds. This includes advising on overall funding strategy, setting contributions at actuarial valuations or when employers join/leave and preparing accounting disclosures for the participating employers.

I work on both small and large pension schemes and I have been involved in a broad range of actuarial and consulting work for pension scheme trustees including valuation work, accounting work and scheme design. I help to run our graduate recruitment program and am responsible for training and mentoring graduate trainees joining the Cheltenham office.I.
