Additionally, mentored a junior product manager and UX designer.- As the leader of a 3 person team, launched a practice management software with scheduling, billing, assessment, labs, and vaccine reminders in 7 months that had over 200 daily users; saved veterinary staff over 20 hours per week per hospital location, of which there were 21.- Conceptualized and launched over 50 different feature sets based on user interviews, testing, and iterative development, which resulted in a reduction of onboarding time from 5 days to 2 days and a reduction of support requests from 20 per week to 6.- Launched a web based texting product that reduced phone calls by over 53% inside veterinary hospitals- Built a competitor research platform and knowledge base of over 30 competitors to inform our roadmap and better understand user demands as we achieved market fit.- Led the company’s first ever email marketing campaign that boasted an open rate of over 57% and CTR of 5.7% and increased incoming sales appointment requests from 2 per month to 12 per month. -Executed Milo’s first two conference appearances with each having over 12K attendees, resulting in 15 new clinics signing up for Milo, accumulating in over $80,000 of revenue.

Liaised with C-level executives of Tuft & Needle, a bootstrapped e-commerce company website with over $180 million in annual revenue. First software quality assurance engineer and only one for over a year for a dev team of up to 22 engineers.- Gathered requirements, lead story card writing, and drove the SDLC for the e-commerce development team to mitigate risks and ensure we were building the right things at the right times.- Ran Scrum rituals for 2 engineering teams of 5+ developers each to enable collaboration which resulted in increased velocity and successful feature building.- Oversaw and prioritized company-wide requests to inform the roadmap and build impactful features for the entire engineering team, averaging over 30 requests per week from Customer Service, Marketing, R&D, and executive team.
