• Project purchasing management– From award phase to serial production launch o Project platform buyer for 5 countries (Romania - Russia - China -Brazil - Korea) o Collaboration with R&D team to understand the technical request. o Build up project suppliers target and install competition between suppliers before selection.o Ensure timely sign off the contract with suppliers and management of all project milestones related to suppliers.o Ensure prototype and pre-serial commercial negotiation and supply. o Define and control communication flow and contents between project team and suppliers. • Administrative Management of administrative (letter of nomination / Order on ERP / Non disclosure agreement / Tool loan agreement).• Management and follow up of monthly purchasing index.• Management of international supplier panel. • Negotiation through E.auction / dutch auction

• Management and follow up the purchase of serial production pieces and aftermarket pieces at VALEO plant of Ferentino (Italy)o Negotiation with suppliers: cost / lead-time /volume.o Realization and follow up of the orders.o Setting up of a file to follow up the risky orders. • Support logistic on the aftermarket orders.• Launch Request for quotation and offer analysis at project stage. • Setting up monthly reporting – follow up of production and purchasing performance index for the plant of Ferentino.• Setting up the annual budget in collaboration with the purchasing manager.

• Marketing and purchasing activities – Setting up of purchasing strategies. o Market analysis on hull and machinery equipment.o Data analysing in order to setting up the purchasing strategies in accordance with the group purchasing policy.• Realization and negotiation of contracts on the national and international scope in accordance with the purchasing process. (Budget 4 M€).• Management of exports contracts (offer stage) – (Budget 3 M€) - Europe / Brazil / India: sourcing and analyse of commercial offers.• Creating purchase orders on ERP MAAS and follow up of delivery information’s.• Managing supplier’s panel in relation with Quality and Engineering departments.
