Worked closely with the Big Bend Continuum of Care to learn how to use the Homeless Management Information System, a shared database with which local providers can track individual’s engagement with social services. Used the Vulnerability Index triage tool to assess needs of clients and determine which clients qualify for Rapid Rehousing and Permanent Supportive Housing.
