-Headhunting specific candidates for high-end job roles, such as senior management positions for Insurance and Fortune 100 clients-Building relationships with possible candidates for IT, Sales and Supply Chain -Meeting with new clients to understand companies needs and updating then on a regular basis on progress -Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates-Ensuring that potential job candidates are an excellent match for the client company-Maintaining key reporting

-Develop and incorporate an effective recruitment strategy for permanent placement positions in Sales, Operations and HR. -Produce and update job specifications and descriptions-Post job ads on the company’s website, social media channels, and relevant job boards-Evaluate resumes, cover letters, and job applications-Perform interviews and evaluate the candidates’ skills, knowledge, and experience-Follow up with successful candidates and update the company’s internal records -Set up interviews between candidate and client -Be a point of contact between the candidate and our national staffing client during the selection process

National staffing company- Construction division -Maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates -Contact potentially qualified candidates for specific temporary job openings for Construction clients -Write and place job advertising using various job boards such as Craigslist and Indeed -Coordinate participation in events, set up displays, and present at job fairs-Complete all phases of the Associate Hiring Process-Handle all applicant phone traffic, schedule appointments, administer pre-employment assessments, and coordinate application paperwork; administer post-offer drug screens and conduct applicant background checks; conduct safety and new hire orientation for all associate new hires
