Lead the daily strategic and operational execution of HR activities and systems in support of, and aligned with business objectives across company globally (13 countries, 20+ locations). Partner with internal/external functions and customers to understand business needs and through innovation and expertise, design and implement technology-enabled, systems and process solutions to support their requirements. Support global talent management initiatives through design, implementation and on-going administration of philosophy, processes and systems such as goal management, performance management, calibration and talent reviews. Partner with HR Leaders to understand HR reporting requirements and design and develop key metrics and dashboards. Design, develop, implement and maintain HR process guides and HR toolkits to support key initiatives within HR calendar such as goal setting, performance management, open enrollment, talent reviews, merit planning and payment of special compensation awards. Lead the design, centralization and delivery of all data entry processing to assure data integrity for all Human Resources systems. Manage evolving HR Shared Service Center to include HRIS Administrator, HR Analysts and Senior Analyst. Partner closely with Group HR Leaders, HR Business Partners, Director of Talent Acquisition, Director of Compensation and Corp Benefits & Payroll Managers.
