Having worked in the Recruitment Industry for over 27 years, some might call me a veteran. I believe the endless opportunities and experiences it has provided me as enabled me to build a strong foundation of transferable skills. My experience includes roles in Consulting (commercial and government), IT, HR and Learning & Development. The large majority of my experience currently sits within the Learning space and I work closely with management to create training opportunities and programs to develop our people based on the competencies and skills that will make them successful in their roles. My primary focus areas are Leadership training and programs from onboarding to curated training programs.
